System Override: Cyberpunk Overhaul & Performance Patch
Pilots, the Taurus Sector has undergone a massive architectural and technical transformation. Driven by telemetry data and upcoming festival preparations, we have fully embraced a dark cyber-dystopian visual identity while heavily optimizing core systems and boss encounters.
This update is not just a collection of bug fixes; it is a complete restructuring of the visual and technical matrix of Beat Taurus. Here is the current compilation status for the newly deployed modules:
[█████████░] 90% - Cybernetic World & Environmental Assets
The Taurus Sector now features a fully realized, neon-drenched, and foreboding aesthetic.
- Cyberpunk Theme Integration: All sectors have been upgraded with glowing neon billboards, propaganda displays for the Apostles of Ash, and eerie biomechanical architectural elements.
- New Environmental Assets: Added interconnected bio-cables, power sockets, floating inverted-cone monoliths with emissive energy cracks, and vertical city structures to maximize depth.
- High-Res Texture Overhaul: All environmental and structural textures have been upgraded to high-resolution materials, eliminating pixelation and ensuring crisp visual fidelity.
[████████░░] 80% - Boss Encounters & Performance Tuning
High-intensity boss fights and rendering loops have been streamlined for maximum frame stability.
- Boss Fight Optimization: CPU/GPU spikes during multi-phase boss transitions and dense bullet-hell salvos have been neutralized. Encounters now maintain a rock-solid 60 FPS.
- Hit Response & Visuals: Sustained fire on bosses now triggers enhanced emissive crack flashes and stage-phase destruction sequences.
- Bug Fixes: Resolved bullet collision glitches, animation locks, and out-of-bounds exploits across all main arenas.
[█████████░] 90% - Material & Render Efficiency (Draw Call Reduction)
Engine-level tweaks have been deployed to minimize CPU/GPU overhead.
- Material Consolidation: Optimized material assignment across hundreds of environmental props. Opague hulls and glowing emissive lines now share unified palettes, drastically reducing Draw Calls.
- Static Batching: All static environmental structures, cables, and platforms have been batched, neutralizing unnecessary CPU transform calculations.
End of transmission. Stay sharp.
